Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, whether getting away for business or pleasure this relaxing home is the perfect getaway for you, friends, family and colleagues.

Its location makes it easy to get around and is fully equipped with brand new, energy efficient, smart Samsung appliances; in-ground swimming pool, Ultimate Legends Arcade machine (with over 300 games), Texas style smoker and grill, spa bathtub, Roomba vacuum, complimentary coffee bar, books, games for kids and adults and plenty of parking, including for RVs. Come enjoy the fun in the sun or just relax inside with the AC but regardless we hope you have a very pleasant stay!

Great place
My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area.

Great area, close to stores
Great Location, Quiet neighborhood, Great Host. Our family liked the set up of the house. Plenty of room for our family to gather. Only regret is that the pool cannot be heated. Hoping for warmer weather next time we stay.

Beautiful Property
This is by far the best VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in. The home is beautiful, well kept, and very clean. The accommodations were very welcoming. Our family will stay here again the next time we’re in the Yuma area.

Perfect place
We stayed here with family while we were visiting my parents. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and close to shopping. The house itself was clean and had lots of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and all we had to purchase (or bring with us) was food for the week. We visit Yuma once a year and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this house to family and friends!

Beautiful House!
We had such a great stay in this beautiful house! We were visiting family in Yuma and used the house as an over flow of family members. We spent most of our time at my Dad's house, but will definitely be back and would look forward to have more time to enjoy this beautiful home.

Great place to stay
This property is really nice and the hosts were very responsive. The house is beautiful and would be a great place for a couple or a large family.. The back yard is fenced, private and a wonderful place to hang out. My husband and I were supposed to travel together but he ended up not being able to go. I felt very safe in the house and the neighborhood by myself. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc were all within a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend this property!
