Underwhelming accommodations

Fridge wasn’t working. Owner couldn’t come! I had to take barbecue propane tank and switch it off with the fridge. Took 12 hours to get up to temperature. No propane for barbecue, no water in hot tub, dangerous ladder to get in and out of bed, no water pressure in shower, slippery tub. Owner wanted me to go shopping for a small refrigerator! On the bright side, it was cheap, decent neighborhood. This place is not suitable for older people.

Nice but lacking

Cute little camper, pot and pans and general cleaning lacking. Hot tub not working.For older people difficult getting into top bunk. No tea towls, no face cloths. Bring your own pillow.

Good points...nicely designed 70s class C on in quiet neighborhood. Hot water was usually sufficient, nice refrigerator & freezer. Roku TV service good but no local TV. Shower was functional. Enough tp for first half day. No paper towels, nor a fly swatter. Dishes in cabinet were not clean nor was the surface they were set on. Odd assortment of cooking utensils and dishes, but no can opener nor mixing bowl. Cookware filthy, burned, chipped and blistered coating. 1 useable but warped skillet. Any shelf to be used for our stuff had to be cleaned first. TV wall mount was broken and perched precariously on a counter edge. Cabinets spaces had left behind junk, food, dirty coffee pots parts. Nothing clean ready to use. A bathroom cabinet door was held closed with duct tape instead of repairing the clasp. Screen door had no latch to keep it closed. The patio table & chairs in picture were replaced by another campers truck 5 feet from window. Hot tub appeared to be not functioning for years. Ladder for upper bunk had been replaced with a step ladder with last step 3 ft from bed so required some agility to access the bed. Springs for roller shades were broken so it became an arduous project to raise and lower them. None of the windows closed completely. Heater roars & has effectively one setting Bed was painfully hard. Would never do it again. I don't go on vacation to clean someone else's camper. It disgusted me. If cleaned up thoroughly and repaired this could be a top rated

Bad experience

Was not COZY. The couch was like sitting on a board, the bed was hard also. The couch had a rod that stuck out and cut my leg. The thermostat on AC/Heater didn't work and the fan was VERY loud. The place was VERY dirty and lots of things didn't work, too many to mention. After a quick shower my wife had a cold shower. The camper smelled; the bedding smelled, and as my title said, BAD EXPERIENCE. Also, no gas for the stove and no parital refund was offered. Never meet the host!

Best host ive ever come in contact with

This guy is such a great host! When i had an issue he was there to address it and fix it right away! Kind of small! But perfect for when you are workimg out of town, this man was so quick to help me out when i had a personal issue too! Never encountered a host so willing to drop what they are doing to help a random person out! I recommend this property !
