"The staff at the Mercury Hotel were very friendly and helpful, and that was definitely the highlight of our stay.
One positive aspect was the location. It was close to a shopping centre, so everything you need is nearby. The connection to Paris was also convenient, with Uber costing around €20 one way.
However, overall the hotel felt quite outdated. In our room there were signs of wallpaper falling off, and we also experienced a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which we reported to the staff.
The swimming pool water was very warm, which was nice, but the breakfast was quite basic and not what I expected. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult.
Out of all the Mercury hotels I have stayed in, this was definitely the poorest experience overall."
