The 4-room house is 66 square meters and was renovated in 2000 with stylish furnishings. It features a living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV, which leads out to the terrace. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two beds, and one with a single bed. It also has a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine.
