This Unique, modern and breath taking Panoramic View Villa is located in Zadar, 2.6 km from old city center. It is surrounded with relaxing sights at mountain Velebit, Adriatic sea and islands. Peaceful and quite area gives you total privacy, and still you are near to the city center if you want to explore something new.



This villa consists of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a shower, an fully equipped kitchen.

It offers free WiFi, air conditioning and free bikes. In the surroundings of this villa with a private outdoor pool, guests can enjoy a bike ride and a pool party. For the youngest ones there is a children's playground and a garden.



Luxury villa Panorama is located in a beautiful part of the city that offers a perfect view of the sea and islands. It will intrigue those who are ready for complete relaxation and rest with their equipment and facilities. In a quiet environment, guests will enjoy the tranquility, and only a few minutes is only a short walk to the city center.

Brilliant service!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war vom Check-in bis zum Check-out reibungslos und einwandfrei. Die Villa war beim Bezug sehr sauber. Auch wenn die Unterkunft an der Grenze von Zadar liegt, kann man alles Mögliche ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind zum Beispiel des Öfteren abends in die Altstadt zum Feiern gegangen. Man braucht hierzu ca. 30 Minuten. Möchte man nicht zu Fuß gehen, kann auch ein Uber oder Taxi gerufen werden. Die Bilder, die hier hochgeladen wurden, entsprechen auch wirklich der Realität. Insgesamt hatten wir hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden hier wieder Urlaub machen.
