We could not have been any more central, an awesome location. A welcoming hostess. We had the top floor with a step-out balcony, great for breakfasts.

Building exterior needs love, but whole town needs care. Dirty streets, litter, graffiti-inhabitants do not respect their town. The building’s interior is showy but all needs are met. Proprietress is helpful, warm, & knowledgeable.

Det var inget hotell alls utan ett avstycket boende bestående av 3 eller 4 rum, ett i varje våning. Mycket pretentiöst och uppenbart överambitiöst inredning och möbler i otroligt billigt kitsch, alltså massproducerad "konst" och "konsthantverk" av mycket låg kvalité som i sitt anspråk att föreställa äkta venetianska varor, lämnar ett groteskt intryck. Billiga styckaturer i gips, en billig imitation av kinesisk silkmatta, en trasig och sliten gul stol, vars färg inte matchar med möblerna i övrigt, sammtaget ett verkligt barock. En manlig ägare kontaktade mig 19 dagar innan ankomsten och ville veta exakt tid när jag skulle checka in. Det var mycket anmärkningsvärt, men jag svarade att jag

Unique boutique hotel just inside the walls of the old town with an abundance of dining and shopping options within steps of the hotel. Although it said parking within 20m we were unable to ever find a spot however discovered free parking at Ravnice 2….which was a bit of a hike. Absolutely delicious meal at Harbourhouse restaurant which is across a beautiful, lit bridge on the other side of the harbour. No staff on site at the hotel and housekeeping is on request.

Pleasant two nights stay

We stayed at this hotel in Zadar for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet. The hotel is small and cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms. The air conditioning, shower, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the small fridge was sufficient for storing a couple of bottles of drinks. However, there were a few downsides. There was no staff available, which made communication challenging. Additionally, we received conflicting information about the checkout time, with emails stating either 10 AM or 11 AM, and the cleaning staff arrived at our door at 9:50 AM before we had checked out. Lastly, as far as I know, there was no luggage storage available, which was inconvenient when we were leaving. Despite these issues, the hotel’s great location and cozy atmosphere made for a mostly enjoyable stay.

This app states there is “ on-site “ parking. There is not. There is no parking anywhere near this location. It also said the parking was 15 euros per day - which was untrue. It was 30. There is no staff available anywhere and when you message them it takes HOURS for them to reply.

We never saw any staff at all . Our check in was a bit late because they weren’t ready. The location was excellent and the place was very clean. Would’ve loved a coffee in the room but other than that it was a great place . Would recommend!

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien placé et les chambres sont propres et accueillantes. Cependant, un gros problème pour notre part: aucun personnel sur place. Le check-in s’est fait par téléphone et le jour d’après, nous avons téléphoné plusieurs fois car nous avions des questions mais sans aucune réponse. C’est dommage car ce fut le seul problème de cet établissement.

This is not a hotel. This is a house with 4 rooms and no reception no bar no parking nobody to ask for help or assistance. We were given a number to call when we arrived, we called someone who didn’t really speak English and told us over the phone to use the door code to let ourselves in. Our room key was in the door so technically anyone could have walked in. The room had no hair dryer even though it was promised as part of the amenities. I called and asked for one and it was never delivered despite being told that it would be there the next morning at 9am. Might not be a big deal to most people - which is how it seemed to the person on the phone, but it was a big deal to me. No parking at all - ended up with a parking ticket because the system is impossible to understand for foreigners. NO ENGLISH TELEVISION - promised satellite tv but there was none. Would not stay here again.

What a great property for exploring all that Zadar Old Town and surrounding area has to offer. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and just off of one of the main streets. If I was going again next weekend I wouldn’t look any further. Seamless checkin in, check out which were both handled remotely. Thanks again for making everything so easy.

Muss leider das schöne Hotel negativ Bewerten, die Ankunft ist gut verlaufen ( haben ein Zugangcode bekommen mit dem wir in das Hotel reingekommen sind , Problemlos ) Das Hotel macht ein guten gesamten Eindruck / Top Lage. Leider ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt , was auf ersten Eindruck auch nicht schlimm war ! Doch schon beim ersten Anfragen für Hilfestellung keine Antwort . Die bei Expedia angepriesene tägliche Reinigung wurde von Anfang an seitens des Besitzer vernachlässigt ( müsste immer hinterher sein um frische Handtücher zur bekommen , beim unseren 7 tägigen Aufenthalt wurde nur einmal Gereinigt und 2 x Handtücher rausgegeben ) Der Besitzer des Hotels hielt es sogar nicht für nötig beim zweiten Mal eine Reinigung des Zimmers zur veranlassen sondern ließ uns nur frische Handtücher da !!! Wir sind nicht solche Leute die gerne irgendetwas Bewerten aber diese Art des Umgangs mit seinen Gästen geht garnicht . Wir haben uns für das Hotel entschieden weil bei Expedia damit geworben wird das es tägliche Reinigung gibt ( da Wir mit Flugzeug ankamen waren wir auf die Zusicherung angewiesen , was ich dem Besitzer versucht habe zur Vermitteln ) doch leider kamen kaum Reaktionen ! Daher sehe ich mich gezwungen das Hotel schlecht zu bewerten . Schade

Tomar banho frio, ninguém merece

Gostaria de relatar pontos bons da estadia, mas infelizmente preciso relatar um fato totalmente desagradável: o chuveiro não esquentava, foram dois dias de banho gelado. No meu primeiro contato de manhã, o dono me respondeu que era só virar o registro do chuveiro para o lado, óbvio que já tinha tentado isso várias vezes e para os dois lados. Mas a noite, tentei novamente virando o registro para ambos os lados, e claro que o chuveiro não esquentou. Enviei a foto do registro para o lado como o dono pediu e falando novamente que o chuveiro não esquentava, e pedi uma providência sobre o chuveiro, pior que ele não me respondeu mais. Infelizmente é um descaso muito grande com um cliente.
