Beautiful Stay!

Great location in a gorgeous apartment. 12 minute walk to Old Town or 3 minutes if you take a charming gondola ride for only $1.20 ! Loved this place and great people managing it!

Beautiful Apartment with Great Views

The apartment was clean and gorgeously designed! Everything we wanted and more, only wished we had more time in Zadar to enjoy this beautiful apartment. Host was so friendly, everything was easy and just as you’d hope.

Amazing apartment!

This apartment was so clean, spacious, and had awesome views. We loved being able to walk everywhere and the grocery store downstairs was very convenient. AC worked great, and we loved the double balcony!

Wonderful apartment!

We were three women traveling to Zadar and only staying one night. Apartment was absolutely beautiful with two porches and gorgeous views; it had everything one would need for one night or several. We easily walked to Old Town from the apartment’s location; we did not get a chance to try the boat ride across to Old Town. Our hosts were accommodating to our requests to drop our luggage off prior to check in time (and in fact they let us check in earlier), as well as leave it in the apartment after check out to pick up just before heading to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Het is een prachtig appartement voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Airco in alle ruimtes, prima boxspring bedden. Stortdouche in beide badkamers en grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte. 20 minuten lopen naar oude binnenstand of 10 minuten met het pontje.Duidelijke informatie door verhuurder vooraf over leuke restaurants, uitstapjes etc. Ook een supermarkt onder in het gebouw voor verse broodjes. Prima accomodatie.

Beautiful apt.

The apartment is completely redone and very well equipped. The city view of old town Zadar is gorgeous and we really enjoyed it from the balcony and even the kitchen window. There is a small grocery right underneath the building which was extremely convenient. The neighborhood is a bit iffy and the parking is street parking which made me a bit nervous given the location. However, it is an easy walk into old town Zadar and really close to the row boat guy who is about a 5 minute walk and 7kuna/person. He rows over to old town from 7am-12am

Beware - Double Booked

I cannot review this property as I was notified they had double booked the apartment the day before my arrival after I messaged looking for details on entry. This listing is on multiple sights. I did message the owner when I made the booking in December 2021 for June 2022 and got a reply, it was still somehow double booked. Their explanation for how it happened did not make sense. I would make sure you have the spot if you want to stay here.

Wonderful apartment!

The apartment is fantastic. Sparkling clean, spacious, and very updated. Marina checked us in and out easily and efficiently. While the neighborhood doesn’t have a lot to offer, it’s a short walk to Old Town. We’d come back for sure! Thank you for having us!

Perfection!

We stayed in these gorgeous, modern, clean apartment! The location is a 10 min walk to Old Town, perfect for adults and the streets are stroller friendly. We had 3 adults and 3 kids (plus a baby) and it was perfect! 3 large bedrooms, two baths, a living room and open concept kitchen with a dishwasher. The little patio is perfect for a quick view of Old town or to sit and have dinner on. There’s an elevator too so getting luggage, strollers and groceries up is super easy. I highly recommend this apartment! You won’t regret it!

Perfect for exploring the old town

PORAT apartment was perfect for 3 couples, kitchen complete with an oven, efficient AC, and a short walk or rowboat ride to old town, short drive to the ferry port. I highly recommend the apartment!
