Keine Rezeption! Die Bezeichnung "Hotel" führt in die Irre. Schlüsselübergabe ist kompliziert. Kein Frühstück oder Frühstücksraum vorhanden. Aber sehr ruhige Zimmer, schöner Balkon, allerdings geht in der Nachbarschaft oft eine Klimaanlage ein/aus.

Great Location and Modern

The room was modern which we liked and had a powerful and hot shower. The room was quite small but enough for what we needed. The balcony was a nice touch as we were able to drive our clothes after going swimming in the daytime. The only negative from our stay was that at night the front door was locked and it took many attempts to open it so that needs to be looked at. Some room for improvement with the pillows would be welcomed as they were not of great quality.

Great little room. CALL to check in. Busy town!

We booked one night and kinda wished we booked 2 because the check out is so early - 11 am. On arriving there was no one there - we had to call (no wifi and international roaming call) - we got the email that we needed to call to check in at gone 10pm at night after we checked in :) - we had no wifi and low charge as we had come from the other side of Europe so all rather frustrating. So that was not a great start. The room is modern, clean, new, small, neat. There is a kettle but not enough plug points so that was annoying. No tea or coffee but a couple of cups and spoons. Small neat bathroom. Right in the heart of the old town. Which is VERY busy with parrots and monkeys available for selfies which we found shameful....

看板を見落としてしまい、探すのに少し時間がかかりました。電話で呼び出さないと家主に会えないのが不便ですが、電話をしたら急いで来てくれました。階段で3階まで上がるので、スーツケースがあると大変かもしれません。 部屋はとてもお洒落で清潔です。街の散策にはとても良い立地です。夜に2人で順番にシャワーを使ったところ、後の友達の時にはお湯が出なくなりました。

近くに朝市、飲食店もあり有り便利でした。バス停から少し歩きます。 近くに綺麗な海岸が有り有名なシーオルガンも聞けました

Ótima localização

Ao fazer a reserva deve-se ter em mente que se trata da contratação de um apartamento e não é um hotel, portanto não há recepção no local. Entramos em contato com antecedência com a proprietária e ela estava nos aguardando quando chegamos no prédio e nos atendeu com muita cordialidade. Também tivemos que deixar as malas no quarto de manhã para pegar mais tarde, tratando tudo via mensagem com a proprietária, e deu tudo certo. O quarto é muito bom, reformado, muito limpo e arrumado; O sinal de wi-fi também é muito bom e a localização é excelente, no meio da cidade histórica, com as principais atrações turísticas da cidade nas redondezas; O único inconveniente é que o prédio não possui elevador e os apartamentos ficam no terceiro andar, o que nos obrigou a subir seis lances de escada carregando malas pesadas.

Todella siisti huone vanhan kaupungin reunalla. Lyhyt matka joka paikkaan ja meteliä ei kuulunut mistään. Ainut miinus oli alakerran remontti, mutta se ei onneksi alkanut kovin aikaisin. Ja omistaja todella mukana, kaikki hoitui helposti tekstiviestein.

Central location with some extra effort

These rooms are very centrally located, but take some extra effort to get to. The rooms are also on the fourth floor, with no elevator. Staff was friendly, but it took a while to get checked in. I would recommend this place, but with reservations.

Great location but ne careful with parking

Perfect little room, freshly renovated, in the old Zadar and very well located. Send a text to the lady prior to arrival as requested. She never confirmed reception. I had to call her ($$). We chose this apartment because it includes parking though once there, she confirmed over the phone 'no parking included'. She explained parking included for two nights and more only. So we managed to find a spot for 4 kuna an hour, that you can pay only with coins. Once we were at the door, she had us waited half an hour. She showed us the place which is on the fourth floor offering no help with our luggages. Since the parking was by the hour and we had to go back to pay some more (because we did not have enough coins at first) she offered to pay the remaining amount for the current day. Breakfast is included, she said from 7.30 to 11.00. She asked when we were leaving the next day, the plan was to leave at 8.00. The next morning, we hit our noses on the door since breakfast opened only at 8.00. (!!) Breakfast we had was very good and we had enough to start the day.

호텔이 아니고 딱 에어 비앤비 수준임. 주변에 주차할곳도 없고 숙소 앞에 도착하면 팻말만 하나 덜렁있고 그냥 맨션임. 주인한테 전화하면 키들고 오는 시스템인데 생각없이 갔다가 낭패보기 쉽상임. 도착해서 주차어디다하면되는지 물어보니까 니가 알아서 대고 오라고함. 저녁에 도착해서인지 주차공간 찾느라 40분동안 헤메고 숙소에 갔더니 주인이 없음. 다시 전화하니까 기다려도 안와서 방문 열어놓고 키 놔뒀으니 알아서 쓰라함. 4층 건물인데 엘레베이터 없어서 짐 갖고 올라가는데 개고생함.

Excelente, recomendo fortemente!!!

Tivemos uma estadia breve de apenas uma noite em Zadar e o Prestige foi a uma excelente opção para nossa estadia! Localização excelente, quarto MUITO CONFORTAVEL, atendimento excelente. O quarto possui isolamento acustico, oq nos garantiu um otima noite de sono! Ar condicionado muito bom e silencioso. Ponto de atenção: 3 lances de escada para subir com as malas!!

CHARGED FOR ACCOMMODATION WE NEVER GOT TO STAY AT!

We never got to stay at this place! Nor have we had any response from hotels.com or the accommodation provider about gaining access to the room. We have been charged for a room we never were able to access and had to pay an extra 390 Euro to stay at an alternative place. There was no directions given to us for this accommodation and even after finding the location it appeared to be nothing other than a run down housing apartment block. There was nothing other than a sign outside the building 'Prestige Rooms' that indicated we were at the right place. We contacted the service provider by telephone and never got a response. The service provided by hotels.com and the accommodation provider is appalling.

Amazing room!

Beautiful room that looked exactly like the photos. Close to everything. Had an amazing stay. Only negative was that the mattress was stiff as a board and the balcony riddled with bird feces. Overall highly recommended!

Overall fab

The room was an average size, with a fridge in the wardrobe which was handy, air con in the room which was brilliant as it was warm. The balcony was a nice little sun trap although not much of a view, a good shower and the bed was extremely comfortable best nights sleep! Overall was exactly what we wanted, only downfall was there was only a small bin in the bathroom which wasnt emptied. Would definately recommend!
