On the ground floor, guests can also enjoy a traditional Dalmatian-style tavern with an indoor grill, perfect for relaxed evening gatherings. A guest toilet and laundry room are also available for added convenience.



Upstairs, there are four well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own TV. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a large bathroom and an additional separate toilet. From the upper terrace, guests can soak in breathtaking sea views while relaxing in a private jacuzzi, especially magical at sunset. For year-round comfort, the entire villa is fitted with underfloor heating.



The outdoor area is centered around a heated infinity pool with built-in hydromassage, surrounded by sun loungers and a shaded terrace with a dining table for al fresco meals. To enhance your stay, the villa also includes a private sauna and a fully equipped gym. The entire property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy and security. Pets are welcome, and three private parking spaces are available on-site.
