「The location is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is with variety」

「Nice room and super convenient to get to nearby Umeda Mall. Good experience.」

「Very good service」

「We stayed for six nights. Front desk staff are very helpful. Since the mattress and pillow were too soft for my mom who has back pain, they quickly arranged firmer ones for us. And extremely good location and convenient to go everywhere despite the heavy rain during our stay. Surely will stay again if visiting Osaka next time!」
