The room was incredibly spacious with a kitchenette, and breakfast was provided at one of their other hotels around the corner which we liked. "Water pressure was horribly aggressive. Somehow too much??? Never thought I’d say that. And the hot water in the sink was dangerously hot, even when not turned up all the way. The bed sheets were quite rough, but they did have the cool Japanese pillows! Black out curtains were more effective than most. Unfortunately, one morning when I was trying to forward my luggage, the front desk staff did not seem fully familiar with the process and I ended up missing my train due to her completing wrong ppw first (to airport instead of hotel) and I had to pay 5000 yen for a taxi to catch my Shinkansen"
