"Two days was too short stay but enjoyed this hotel a lot "

"Perfect location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka and with plenty of Izakayas and food options on the doorstep. The public bath is open til 2am, which is amazing for a late flight and check-in. Automated check-in service at the reception is also fast and convenient, with plenty of helpful staff nearby. The convenience store on the 4th floor was also amazing for withdrawing cash and getting a quick snack. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The lobby area is impeccably clean and inviting. The added touch of a wonderful coffee machine (serving Starbucks coffee) as wall as tea and fountain drink options is very satisfying!"

"The amenities were okay but I didn’t like the room. Too small and smells strange, we had to spray an air freshener. I somehow regretted booking but my kid enjoyed the pool and waterslides. The place is great as a spa but not as a hotel."
