"Excellent hotel to stay in Osaka. Within walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. A subway station is conveniently connected to hotel and the Airport bus is close by as well. Didn’t have their breakfast as there were so many food options around the hotel. Room was spacious and had a lot of amenities. World definitely stay here again. "

"The room a good size, but we wish they would have replant our coffee on a daily basis since we were there for four days. The staff was prompt and everything was very clean. We did go to the bar for drinks and they really do need a better approach to bartending. Cocktails were tasty but barely had any of the appropriate spirit. The service was great, the food was good. I think they needed because it was very busy. "

The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, providing sponges, children slippers, and step stools for the little ones. Perfect location for USJ visitors—we’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to all our friends!"
