There was no internet to our room. It was reported 3 times and at check out two days later no change. The control button - push / pull to change the shower water to the rainfall overhead in the shower could not be moved. I do not travel with a hammer! But. The hotel is in a superb location close to the city center and Zagreb ‘s famous walking street full of restaurants and bars.

Tiny rooms. Not a single hook in the bathrooms - where the heck do you hang your towel? Staff more interested in saying "no, sorry" than in trying to help solve problems. Location not the best - too far from the old town and the sea.

Very modern and new hotel. Very close to city center, food and drinks. But hard mattresses. Breakfast okay but all bread was bakeoff quality and juices from factory. So could have been terrific hadn’t it been for the mattresses and breakfast.
