Si è dimostrata sin da subito poco collaborativa e solo dietro nostra insistenza ha trovato per noi una camera per la prima notte (avevo prenotato 6 notti), affermando che la mattina seguente avremmo dovuto lasciare la struttura perchè già tutta al completo. 「The images of the hotel are deceptive and do not reflect reality whatsoever. I deeply regret my financial transaction and expect a full refund. The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected. We were misled by the photos on the official website. My advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!"」

「This was a great stay for the 5 days we spent in Zakynthos. It’s an easy walk to the beach and any shops/ small markets you may need on your way back. Theres also a shop right next to the hotel owned by a lovely couple. Only thing that was not smooth was the check in as we were made to wait over an hour even though there was a set check in time, which delayed our day. Aside from this the room was spacious and clean with a pool view balcony and the staff were helpful and were glad we chose this...

「酒店本身还行，房间非常大。洗手间也很大。房间里面的设施也比较全，有烧水壶还配电炉子。有锅等厨具，可以自己做饭。但是最关键的是位置实在太偏僻了。虽然来扎金索斯基本都需要租车才行，但是即使租车也很难找到这个酒店，周围环境完全就是个农村，牛和鸡的叫声随时都听得见。小路要绕很久才能到达。靠近tsilivi小镇，距离市中心和机场大概半小时路程。如果要吃饭什么的，除了在酒店，基本就得要开车10几分钟到旁边的tsilivi小镇才行。」

「We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was fabulous looking out to the pool, very spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner (both buffet) were of a high quality and multiple of choices for everyone's tastes. Highly recommend and definitely worthy of 5 stars. Thank you to all the staff.」
