Gym not opened on time in morning. This was frustrating. Rooms with sink in bedroom rather than bathroom. The wasps at breakfast really do need sorting. I think you should have some deterrents. Other than that a lovely stay. Thank you

Hotel Contessina is brilliant. An oasis of a hotel in what is a bustling resort town. Once inside the doors you could be anywhere in the world. The design of the renovated hotel is brilliant. Modern and sophisticated, and the planting is beautifully done. We enjoyed 2 weeks here, using it as a base to discover the island when we had a car for some of the time. The main pool area is lovely, but be warned, all of the pools are 1.4m deep with no shallow / deep ends.

The hotel staff weren’t very helpful and rooms were never cleaned well. Always returned finding the shower not cleaned and comforters on the floor. For the amount of money spent on this establishment I expected another experience.

Our stay in the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Starting from a beautiful family room with private pool and little garden, great amenities, quality food, caring and friendly staff and one of the best kids clubs we have experienced! Our kids loved spending time there with great variety of activities and lovely staff! The only improvement we could mention is the Spa facilities - we lacked tranquility as the entrance is shared with the gym and can get a bit noisy. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love this hotel. It was amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to the swim out pool room upon arrival, it was such an lovely surprise. This hotel really made our trip so special and comfortable. Breakfast was great, had so many options. There’s even parking available for us when we rented a car. There lots within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We will definitely stay here again when we return.
