A month in Greece
We wanted a month to just do nothing and re-set. This place was perfect. A lovely, friendly, family run affair with one daughter on reception, another daughter in the restaurant and Mum cooking. The grounds and pool are kept beautifully and the villa facilities are adequate, plus it's so convenient to have the restaurant on site. (And Aliki's cooking is great!) Its a 15min walk down through olive groves to the nearest beach and about half an hour to the next bay. My only negative would be that there's really not a lot to see and do on the island, but that suited us just fine. We hired a car for a couple of days and got the bus into Zakynthos town a couple of times and that was enough for us..
So, if you are young and looking for an exciting time this place is probably not for you but if you are looking for a friendly, restful experience then Lofos Soilus is perfect!
