「A great hotel situated a half hour walk / 15 minute bus ride from the centre of San Sebastián (number 26 which leaves from the street behind the hotel). The rooms were in great condition as were the hotel facilities. The gym was great, and pool area was spacious with plenty of sitting room. The location being a bit far out from the centre is made up for by the hotel. 」

「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「This hotel does not have a reception desk but the off site staff respond within minutes of making an inquiry. They booked a taxi for my departure. Room and public areas were spotless. 」

「Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain. Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. 」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「飯店很好, 但此房型設定為3人房有點小. 櫃台人員服務很好, 房間清潔也不錯, 但飯店的位置雖然離沙灘很近, 不過離熱鬧的河邊稍遠了點, 需要走 20 分鐘以上.」
