“The place was clean, it was nice and private which we loved! Also loved having a pet friendly place so close to Lake Hope. We normally go tent camping at the near by camp ground because it’s the only pet friendly option we have. Finding this place was a game changer. Extremely pleased with everything! Plenty of space for activities we never felt cramped up. 10/10 would recommend!”

“This was the perfect cabin for what we needed! We wanted something centrally located between Athens and the camp at Canter’s Cave (Jackson) and this worked so well. The cabin was stocked with essentials and very clean — we had a delightful stay! You are definitely in the middle of nowhere and very secluded, yet conveniently located right off of US 50. While the property is “shared” with the other cabin, you would never know it! The wooded area behind and the pond to the front make for a very……

“Loved the atmosphere! Great spot to get away, enjoy peace and quiet, and slow down!”

“Beautiful cabin! Cozy and cute, private. We enjoyed the tv and Nintendo, the fire pit outside, the picnic table on the porch, walking the driveway, and cooking in the little kitchen! We all had a good night sleep, too! Be sure to bring your own water. And fyi- the coffee pot is a mini one, but filters were provided. Home is about 30 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park, but it was worth the drive for the property. We will explore the closer Lake Hope and Zaleski State Forest today before we……

“Excellent place to stay. I”

“This place was so great! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. The fireplace made the whole place so cozy, we were worried coming up in January with all the glass that it would be chilly, but it was nice and warm. We had so much fun looking at the sheep and meeting the farm dogs. We always look forward to going back after our day of hikes. I would definitely stay here again! ”
