"Not well maintained. Physical feature of a bathroom is below standard… not maintained"

"The property had just opened which influences all of our experiences. They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors. Staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating."

"The rooms are awesome. Great air-conditioner. Love the kitchen, Puregold grocery store is nearby. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the swimming pool have insects floating but they were cleaning at the same time. "

"Stay away from this old decrepit place. We saw the reviews and thought we would be getting a decent place, but were wrong. Several things wrong with the room like a sink that would barely drain, mosquitos in room, spotty internet, safe didn't work, noise as we were put near the utility closet where at 4:00 AM everybody would just let bang. very disappointed. Who wrote these good reviews, must be employees."

"Our room on the bottom floor had open gaps around the front door, and you could see through the open gap. We were concerned about insects coming into the room. Our shower water flooded into the bathroom because the weather stripping around the shower door needed repairing which housekeeping took care of it. "

"An older but decent resort with clean rooms, professional staff, a broad range of options from the restaurant menu, and a clean beach that can be walked for miles. Good internet connection throughout the resort. Parking is not on the property but about 150ft away. Access to the property across the riverside portion by footbridge. Unexpected but just fine if you bring rolling luggage or a backpack."
