Be aware! False advertising is the best way to describe my experience. I booked a triple room and, to my surprise, the room has no AC. No air conditioner in Europe's summer heat. I complained but the only thing they could offer was an extra fan. Also, the room lighting was so poor it felt like staying in a basement. For the price, I expected honesty and basic comfort. This hotel failed on both fronts.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean, staff were accommodating, river to the front and easy to walk in to the city centre. Good restaurants and bars close by and coffee machines, kettle, iron, hairdryer etc provided. Will stay here again next time I’m in town.
