"This was a very nice, pleasant, convenient, easy stay. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, and had plenty of space for a solo traveler like myself. We actually had had water, which was also nice compared to some places I’ve been. The staff were fantastic, and I especially appreciate their help with a few things I needed help with. Overall, great stay. Would happily recommend."

"I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...

"This place was absolutely beautiful and very historic. The cherry on top was the AMAZING service. We only spent one night here but wish we were able to stay more. Very close to the water and lots of shopping around. "

"Great welcome, easy, small, cute, 2 double rooms only rented out each with private bathroom. very quaint but typically as in Stonetown, the windows face the alleys and you can hear people opten walking talking but normal for intown house. would still stay again. great value. "

"Comfortable large room, nice shower (separate from the toilet) with plenty of hot water, convenient frig in room for cold drinks. Breakfast was included (although it was a little unclear WHAT the breakfast included). Quiet."
