Great hotel in city centre

We turned up at the hotel. In the middle of a power cut. The receptionist spoke excellent English as she was from London. The café/restaurant/bar offers great value for money. There is even an Irish bar the next street up. Well connected to the rest of the city with buses and trams running by the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a city break and would definitely stay again

El trato en recepción muy bien, la habitación bien, el aire acondicionado mal, es fijo y no salía muy frío, con las temperaturas elevadas de calor en Zaragoza la habitación estaba caliente, no tiene potencia la máquina del aire acondicionado, fui con mi mascota y encontré a faltar que me pusieran algún recipiente para ponerle agua a mi perrita.

Basically Nice

This is a basic hotel located about 15-20 mins walk from the historical center, so a little far. I had requested one large bed, but they gave me two single beds stuck together. This is rather common in Spain. I asked them to change my room, which they did, but the room I was put in was smoking, which I didn't care for. The room itself is fine--bed was comfortable and quiet.

Es un hotel antiguo que necesita reforma. Como punto positivo la ubicación es muy buena. Personal amable y el precio razonable. El desayuno suficiente pero el bufé es muy escaso y poco variado.

Lovely peaceful very well located hotel

It was a small and quiet but lovely hotel, very well located. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and made up for a lack of language skills. Breakfast was fine, the bar was good. The room was small but adequate and comfortable, but the bathroom was still spacious and decor was great.

Confortável, mas sujinho

Local muito bom. Mas o hotel foi ampliado, ocupando parte do prédio vizinho e com a não coincidência de andares, para acessar o apartamento, eu tinha de tomar um elevador, dar a volta em todo o andar e atrás de uma porta pesada corta-fogo pegar outro elevador. Um tanto assustador. Mas o quarto é excelente, enorme, com um banheiro bem grande. O pessoal é atencioso. E a limpeza é péssima. Embaixo da cama formaram-se rolos de poeira, acho que nunca foi varrido ali.

Es un hotel que por si situación y la calidad del mismo bien podría equipararse a un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Muy recomendable para aquellas personas que quieran visitar Zaragoza y ubicarse en la zona centro de la ciudad
