「The hotel is perfect, nothing to complaint, inside the train station, extremely good location for tourists taking Renfe. But be frank, I felt being cheated by hotels.com I booked Junior Suit (which is more expensive) because I saw the photos provided by Hotels.com, and I was impressed by the wonderful view. However, hotel arranged me to a room with a window facing another room! I asked the staff and they said NO SUCH ROOM for Junior Suit What? then what's the point to book this room? I'd rather...

「The parking was a bit tricky but the receptionist was so helpful. Lovely room & easy to get a tram to the old city which was stunning. Again receptionist gave us a map & helpful hints about best tapas area. The room had extra pillows & duvet & the aircon was quiet. Lovely bathroom with bidet. Breakfast was wonderful with great coffee & lots of choices of hot or cold. The staff were all very friendly. We loved it」

「唯一沒有給滿分的是房間比較舊，其他所有都不錯，服務態度好，雖然舊但很整潔，論價錢來說是非常超值的，最好是所有景點只要步行幾分鐘就到，是非常方便的，所以整體來說是不錯的。」
