The beach here is beautiful, and this hotel was fine for being so cheap during the off season. The hotel definitely feels dated, however, and my room was not entirely clean when I checked in. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Der Aufenthalt hat mir im Großen und Ganzen gefallen, bis auf die Rezeptionistin Fayza, welche komplett unfähig ist. Sie verhält sich als würde Sie einem einen gefallen machen und hätte den Gast aus Gutmütigkeit bei ihr zuhause aufgenommen. Wäre Sie nicht gewesen, hätte mich bei diesem Aufenthalt nichts gestört. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, teilweise zu ölig und der Rest des Personals ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Animation, Caramel, Sam, und dessen Chef Aymen machen einen sehr guten Job! Die Kellner im Restaurant und an den Bars sind ebenfalls freundlich, sowohl aus auch die Hausmädchen und Hausmänner.

Sehr schlechte Koordination an der Rezeption. Der längste Check-in meines Lebens! Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr unfreundlich und kann nicht mit Gästen bzw. Menschen umgehen. Eine Person dieser Art sollte normalerweise nicht an einer Rezeption stehen. Sie hebt ihre Stimme gegenüber dem Gast und hinterlässt den Eindruck (durch ihre Gestik und Mimik) das Sie einem nicht weiterhelfen möchte. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, jedoch meinte Sie das Sie keine zur Verfügung hätte nur wenn ich einen Aufpreis zahle, und ich doch sowieso nur für eine Nacht da bin und ich den Meerblick doch nicht brauchen würde (eine Unmöglichkeit). Yassine (Guest Relation) ist einer der wenigen an der Rezeption der seinen Job beherrscht und man merkt das er Erfahrung in seinem Beruf hat und er weiß wie man mit einem Gast umgeht, ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch! Das Service Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

chambre correcte,protocole sanitaire non respecté

Rapport qualité prix est correct. j'ai juste qlq signalements le ministère de tourisme a appliqué un protocole sanitaire dans cette période de COVID. ce protocole je ne l'ai pas vu s'appliquer c'est vrai qu'il une prise de température au protail de l'hotel, mais je ne crois pas que c'est suffisant. si on voit plein de touristes européens coude à coude danser avec des animateurs mi-masqués (quasiment tout le personnel porte un masque juste sur la mâchoire ou juste sur la bouche sans que le nez soit masqué. le buffet est un self service il n'y a une personne qui sert les résidents de l'hotel, la pince à salade ou la fourchtette des fromages sont touchées par tout le monde. Wifi s'arrête au niveau de la porte de la chambre j'ai pas de réseau dans la chambre la climatisation ne fonctionne pas en fin de journée, il ont réussi à la faire marcher le soir mais en fixant la température à 30° sinon la chambre était propre rien à signaler, la literie est comfortable, serviette à disposition.

Pauvre Zarzis... on t a sali...

Hôtel bien entretenu, piscine rénovée. Une équipe d animation héthéroclite mais distante avec les hommes en so'lo. Aucun de l équipe d animation n est venu vers moi pendant mes 5 jours. Par contre, les dames seules étaient sélectionnées pour les accompagner pendant leurs repas. J ai donc passer mon séjour totalement seul. Pas une seule fois l équipe n est venue me proposer de participer. Autrement dit, hôtel oû les hommes en solo seront distances par l équipe d à nation. Mesdames aucune crainte, vous serez invités aux activités. Pour le restaurant, c était très bien pour du all inclusive. Le point noir c est l environnement extérieur. Les plages sont submergées de déchets du bâtiment à 1 km de l hôtel. Un crime contre l environnement atroce. Pauvre djerba tu as été si belle ds les années 70 80. Maintenant que la jet sept t as laissée, tu n es plus que pollution.. Pour ma chambre toujours très propre. En résumé un hôtel sympat bien rénové mais à éviter pour les hommes en so'o et les sensibles contre l environnement

Séjour sympa et bénéfique

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel sympathique et souriant. Les repas sont bons et variés. Mon fils de 14 ans s'est bien amusé avec les animations. Bémols : - pas de wifi gratuit même à la réception. - trop de forcing de la part du démarcheur des activités extérieures (quads, ballade en dromadaire, ballade en calèche, etc). De plus, pas de tarifs affichés mais "à la tête du client". Matériels (quads) ne sont pas en bon fonctionnement. Attention aux tendinites ! L'hôtel devrait insister que leur locataire affiche ses tarifs en évidence pour tous les clients.

superbe hotel

site privilégié. on peut aisément aller de la plage à la piscine en passant par de très bons équipements (terrain de volley, pétanque, tir à l'arc), douche et suffisamment de transat pour tous les vacanciers. les animateurs sont très énergiques et font tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable. on les sent investis toujours de bonne humeur.... avec le nombre de passage, j'étais agréablement surpris de la propreté de l'hôtel. il est grand mais malgré tout on arrive à faire des rencontres..... bref j'y retournerais. club enfant au top les animateurs avaient un feeling avec les enfants ils y mettaient du coeur ce n'était pas que du travail ils nous régalaient avec un spectacle chaque soir. les animateurs des enfants mais les animateurs dans l'ensemble déjeunaient régulièrement avec les vacanciers. le personnel de l'hôtel trop gentil,qu'elle patience ! il y avait des résidents qui auraient mérités d'être recadrés... ce gâchis de nourriture laissé sur les tables..... le tout inclus c'est bien mais il y a trop d'abus.... notamment concernant l'alcool dès 10 heures bières, vodka, gin non stop jusqu'au coucher incroyable !!! je me demande si à ce rythme le tout inclus est si intéressant pour l'hôtel? Et pour certains être bourrés des 11 heures !!!!
