「Great place」

「After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for...

「Lovely hotel with good food and very nice owners!」

「The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotel’s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return」

「Appartement bien conçu; agréable et bien placé près de la mer même si nous n’avions pas la vue mer. Mais … on regrette l’absence même d’une éponge à la cuisine et de produit de vaisselle. Pour 2 nuits nous n’avons pas ce matériel. 」
