"Fantastic stay. Easy walk from the port after arriving in the ferry and they have a complimentary luggage transport service. Beautiful pool and beach area with poolside restaurant and swim up bar. Includes breakfast buffet was incredible with an ocean view. Booked a boat trip via the concierge service to the caves and left and returned to the hotel dock. Staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. Had a delightful stay and hope to be back! "

Also, screen in shower is too small and resulted into flooding half the bathroom. Lovely location on the water and quiet area, far from the bustle of old town Dubrovnik."

The complimentary buffet breakfast had a wide variety of items and we noticed that the hotel provided many activities for families with children of all ages. "We needed to add a night to our stay due to flight changes. I called the night before our first night to make the arrangements. The gentleman I talked to checked us in the next day. He re-arranged rooms so that we could stay in the same room both nights! We ate two nights in the restaurant and enjoyed great food and drinks. The two men that served us were awesome as was the food. The next morning g we had to leave the hotel at 4 am to catch our flight. The hotel arranged a shuttle which was prompt in picking us up at 4 am. We’re really enjoyed our stay, the comfort, the rooms, the food and most of all the staff made our stay very enjoyable. "

"This hotel is located conveniently across from Donlac Square, and in the heart of Old Zageb. We appreciated an early breakfast opening at 630 am. We like to get early start to sightseeing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, and we enjoyed a delicious room service meal. "

"As a couple with no kids, we wanted somewhere comfortable to stay, with great gym and facilities that wasn't too loud and still easy to get around. This hotel ticked all those boxes. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was worth booking as the immediate surrounding area wasn't as busy as the main tourist district. The gym is fantastic and the pictures actually do it justice. The walls aren't the thickest so you might get unlucky with a neighbour. It's also worth pointing out it's much more of a business hotel, so our holiday hours were different to a lot of others so pool etc was nice and quiet in the mornings and evenings. "
