“An excellent property in the old town, very convenient for all the sights and restaurants. It’s a few minutes walk from the closest gate (no cars allowed in the old town) but only a few steps involved in reaching the hotel. We were on the third floor and had to carry the bags up but the staff were very helpful and it was totally worthwhile. We would recommend the transfers to and from the airport, it was literally a door to door service. We would happily stay here again or recommend this……

“The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is just outside of the old town and quite easy to walk to from the Split bus station. ”

“Great spot in the old town. Nice big room with kitchenette, safe, good shower and excellent air conditioning. Easy enough to get into, just make sure you read the instructions as there’s a few different apartments in the building. Hosts are responsive and helpful No luggage storage as it’s all remote, but there’s a place just around the corner which is very reasonable if you need it”

“Very convenient ”

“Great for short stay! Host was generally responsive to WhatsApp messages and quite helpful. It is very near to the bus stop Rozat, from which you can take a direct bus for 20-30 mins to Pile Gate or to Gruz port. There is a small supermarket nearby but otherwise it’s somewhere on a hill with a little lake nearby, so quite secluded with no nearby food options. But for the price, cleanliness, spaciousness and proximity to town, I highly recommend this place. Additionally, they offer a 35 euro……

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. “A great hotel right in the middle of the old town, lovely room, quiet air-con and good bath, comfy bed. The service at this hotel was really great. The person at the front desk explained everything and was incredibly helpful and we had Messenger contact for anything we needed. “This hotel is beautiful and in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and very modern. We loved the breakfasts in the morning, and received 5-star service from everyone who works there. The manager not only arranged transportation but also walked us and our luggage to the main gate to ensure our driver was there. My only suggestion would be to bring earplugs as the bars near the hotel can get loud on weekend nights but it was fine once I put my earplugs in. Other than……
