「The unit was not cleaned at all. The indoor temperature was very hot, and the refrigerator was broken and emitting a foul odor. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were no basic amenities in the bathroom, such as towels, shower gel, or shampoo. It appears the owner lives downstairs and uses this unit regularly, simply moving out when a guest arrives. There was absolutely no professional cleaning done. I have requested a full refund.」

「The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.」

Perfect location: v close to airport, easy walk down to the seafront.. our ten and seven year old were fine with the hill, little shop three mins away that is open till late even on a Sunday. You can’t drive in there and we had to bring our 3 suitcase (one over 60 pounds) up and down about 12 flights of steep stairs. Also, there is ZERO signage of this unit and found it impossible to find. No front desk help or guaranteed courier service offered.」
