Fantastic location, room, and the host!
Location - the most perfect location if you do not want to be in the busy and price Old Town, and yet you do want to be able to quickly get to the Old Town.
At least three bus lines take you from the Rooms Edna to the Old Town. The bus schedule is a dense one, you can just get to the bust stop, and the bus will arrive withing five minutes for sure.
Where is the bus stop? Glad you asked - 50 meters walk from your room.
Furthermore, if you are arriving or using the Port of Dubrovnik for your excursions, the Port is... well... you guessed it, accross the street of that bus stop.
If you are arriving or planing to use the City's Main Bus Station for inter Croatia or inter countries travel, that Main Bus Station is an easy and flat 10 minutes walk or a one bus stop from your Rooms Edan bus stop.
Taxis are to be found parked, next to the Port of Dubrovnik.
Rooms have air condition working great.
We were there at the hotest days of the 2025 summer and are spoiled by USA air condition usage in the Midwest.
Bedrooms are, like everywhere else in Dubrovnik, not a huge ones like in Cancun, but everything is there and they are exceptionaly clean.
There is a mini fridge that works as it should.
The shower/bathroom are clean, modern, and regularly (as well, as the whole room) serviced and equipped.
The windows are well built and isolate from any possible noise and keep a lots of heat away.
The host is always available to help.
Will go again!
