「The host, Romana, has been very helpful and friendly. Reply to emails was quick. I arrived earlier than expected and the time I told them, but Romana rushed back to open the door for me, also allowed me for early check-in after the room is ready. Totally appreciated! Location is great and very close to the Pile Gate; easy to find and great access to every spot inside the old town. Absolutely recommend this place. 」

「Villa Amfora is a lovely, low-key inn. We had a view of the harbor, which was a nice surprise. Nina, the housekeeper, took great care of us with early bag drop-off and early check-in as well as a nice continental breakfast.」

「I have little words to express my satisfaction with Forty Four. That’s an excellent place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik. Damir , owner of the place is best host you can expect. He helped us to park car, what is a most difficult task in city like Dubrovnik!!!! Quality of bedding, food etc. etc. is a topnotch . 「Amazing property and owner. Super helpful and kind. 」

「On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning.
