「The two lady receptionists were helpful and good Waiters at breAkfast were cold. Male receptionist seemed cunning 」

「The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. 」

「During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

「Nice sea view and staff, convenient location, free parking. Breakfast is good. 」

「On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. 「Very patient service, pretty clean room, quiet sea view picture」

「Amazing staff, beautiful room, perfect location!」

「Highly recommended place to stay if you visit Dubrovnik. Clean room, polite staff and comfortable. Great facilities and restaurants in the resort area. Frequent shuttle bus travelling between resort and old town Self Driving in Old town is restricted and hotel within old town not recommended ( tons of stairs awaiting you).」

「Staff was amazing and so helpful. Dianna was wonderful!」

「雖然距離老城區有點遠,但飯店附近的整體感覺相當棒 旅館很新很安靜 房間設備很舒服」

「I love the location and the service is very good. The chef prepares the freshest breakfast on demand. definitely will stay there again next time. 」

「We booked a room with balcony and stayed for 2-night. The room has a very comfy design and is maintained in good condition. Everyday they arrange room clean-up. The Scalini Palace is located in an excellent location, very close to the Main Street, taking us just a few steps to Stradun. It’s esp convenient if you want to take nice photos of old town in very early morning. No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay....

「wow those are some stairs. I understand that this is typical of old town dubrovnic, but it was a bit challenging to navigate with luggage. the place was really clean and you can not beat the location!」

「The windows are not soundproof There is no one staffing reception」
