The spacious open-planned, light filled ground floor consists of a living room enriched with carefully designed furniture, fireplace and combination of dark and light neutral tones that emphasize simplicity and sophistication. In extension there is comfortable dining area with table for 10 people and a fully equipped modern SieMatic kitchen with a kitchen island and barstools. The kitchen offers all you need to prepare delicious Dalmatian delicacies or on request you have the opportunity to engage the services of our professional chef who can prepare all the meals of the day for you. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that is adapted for people with disabilities. The ground floor also has an additional toilet, dressing room and laundry with an additional shower.
From the open-plan ground floor you can directly reach the beautiful terrace with swimming pool (50m²) with hydro massage and waterfall which is surrounded by sun loungers which are ideal for enjoying some cocktails and refresh yourself from the summer heat. The remaining three bedrooms are also spacious, have en-suite bathroom, king-size beds and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic sea view.
