Situated directly on the water, with a private terrace, a lovingly landscaped garden, and a spacious living room, this villa combines natural beauty with luxury for a truly restful holiday.

The villa boasts 4 air-conditioned rooms, advanced insect screens, and much more. The spacious, light-filled living room includes two comfortable leather sofas, two elegant swivel chairs, a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix and Prime, a cozy open fireplace, and—most strikingly—a modern Yamaha grand piano for your own private musical moments during your stay. Large sliding doors open onto the sunny garden, which offers three terraces, some covered and others directly on the water—an elegant blend of indoor and outdoor living designed for your relaxation. The large dining table provides ample space for everyone to enjoy meals together. And breakfast at the garden table on the sunny terrace is a true highlight—you’ll love it!
The open kitchen with island is equally well-equipped by the owners: a multilingual oven (18 languages), warming drawer, combination microwave, toaster, KitchenAid, kettle, two coffee makers (drip coffee with size 4 filters, and Nespresso), all conceivable cooking utensils, and a wide selection of tableware, cutlery, and glassware. Guests often gather at the bar or kitchen island for a morning coffee, a chat during meal prep, or a cool drink from the large refrigerator in the evening.
The three bedrooms feature high-quality box spring beds (180x200 cm), each with a romantic fireplace, smart TV, ample storage space, and air conditioning—perfect for longer stays.
Both bathrooms (one en-suite and one shared between two bedrooms) offer two separate sinks, a shower, and a toilet.
An additional guest toilet makes the villa ideal for a comfortable stay for up to six people.

The beautifully maintained garden invites you to unwind: featuring a dining table with parasol, two comfortable lounge sofas, six adjustable sun loungers, and a private swimming deck with ladder—perfect for cooling off on warm days.
