A perfect getaway for your loved ones, including your furry friends. The home features all living spaces on the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to create delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room with TV, or step outside to enjoy the private, fenced garden and covered terrace complete with a sun canopy. A standout feature is the private jetty with direct water access — perfect for morning dips or sunset reflections. The villa also benefits from eco-friendly solar energy and underfloor heating. Positioned just 2 km from the scenic Veluwemeer, this villa offers ample opportunities for watersports, fishing, and lakeside walks. The nearby Flevostrand beach (3.8 km) is ideal for summer fun, and pet owners will appreciate the extensive dog walking areas and trails surrounding the resort. For family outings, the Dolfinarium Harderwijk (4.9 km) offers marine shows and interactive exhibits, while thrill-seekers can visit the amusement park Walibi Holland (14.5 km). The charming towns of Harderwijk and Zeewolde are just a short drive away, providing cultural experiences, shopping, and vibrant nightlife. Enjoy local flavours at Brasserie Harderwold (400 m), known for fresh seasonal dishes in a relaxed setting. Just a short drive away, ’t Huus van Guus offers hearty Dutch meals, and families can delight in pancakes and play at Hans & Grietje Pannenkoekenhuis en Speelpark (8.2 km).
