「We loved our stay here. First, the young man that checked us in was extremely friendly. We had after hours check in and he accommodated us with a smile. The room is very well appointed with a modern bathroom. Most importantly, it was extremely clean. There is a restaurant on site that looks spectacular. Unfortunately our schedule didn’t allow time to try it. If you are looking for a unique experience in an ultra clean place with very friendly staff…this is the place.」

「We stayed in the apartments and there really wasn’t enough space and the rooms smelled a little of sewage. The waterpark is cool, but the restaurants are really your only option without a kitchen - and they are very average.」

「we paid an exorbitant rate for the room and it did not even include a breakfast.
bar staff came across as grumpy and were slow. the Heineken draft beer was off and we found out two days later that there was an issue with the refrigeration that was kept secret. expensive as well.
the front counter people were friendly yet were unable to provide a text or email when our room was available」

Clean rooms. Spacious. Had a view. Nice bed. Liked the kitchenette. Location was good, in a safe and clean area, a little bit outside of old town. Staff was helpful. Liked the 24h front desk. They let us use the shower room post check-out before heading to the airport, which was great.
