Schönes Haus in bester Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Thüringer Waldes. Perfekt für eine Familie mit 1-4 Kindern.

Erholung pur

Unsere Erwartungen von diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus wurden übertroffen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, direkt am Waldrand gelegen, kein Durchgangsverkehr und hat sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Vermieter. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Male hier. Sicher auch im Winter auch ein reizvoller Rückzugsort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung

Leider hatten wir 7 Tage nur Regenwetter. Allerdings war die Ferienwohnung sehr schön groß. Durch den Steĺlplatz direkt vorm Haus war es auch sehr angenehm, weil man nur kurze Wege mit dem Gepäck hatte. Auch durch die ruhige Umgebung ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Ein tolles Haus, Möbel eher Sperrmüll, Betten durchgelegen und Kochen nicht möglich da Pfannen gesundheitsgefährlich sind. Garten traumhaft schön, schade für wenig Investition hätte es sehr gut sein können. LG Familie Roggenbuck

FERIENHAUS JÜRGEN MATTHES

Wir waren zum WM-Biathlon da. Lage um zum Bahnhof mit Auto zu kommen war genial. Einziges es fehlte eine Beschilderung zum Bahnhof Zella-Mehlis. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Netter Vermieter, es fehlte an nichts in dem Ferienhaus. Ihre Mitteilung zu diesem Ferienhaus war von Ihnen irreführend.

Einfaches Ferienhaus sehr einfach ausgestattet

Im Großen und Ganzen recht einfach alles das Objekt liegt am Rand kurz hinter einer Blocksiedlung. Es war sehr kalt wo wir gekommen sind da nur Fenster auf standen und keine Heizung an war leider bekam man nicht das Haus warm. Wir würden kein 2. mal kommen wollen hat uns nicht so gefallen dort im Haus

een geriefelijke vakantiewoning met een behulpzame eigenaar in een prachtige wandelomgeving

De woning was heel netjes, comfortabel en van allerlei gemakken voorzien. Zella-Mehlis is een goed uitgangspunt voor wandelingen in de directe omgeving en stadsbezoeken (Schmalkalden, Meiningen, Erfurt, Weimar, Ilmenau, enz.). De eigenaar van de vakantiewoning was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Sommerurlaub in Zella-Mehlis

Aufgrund des Inserats und voraus gegangener positiver Bewertungen sind wir bereits mit hohen Erwartungen angereist. Um es vorweg zu nehmen, die Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen! Bereits im Vorfeld gab es eine angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, wo wir alle Fragen vorab klären konnten. Bei Anreise wurden wir vom Gastgeber begrüßt und in die örtlichen Gegebenheiten eingewiesen. Das Objekt selbst befindet sich am Rand von Zella-Mehlis und ist ruhig gelegen. Eine größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Auch ist es aufgrund der Lage am Waldrand optimal gelegen, um mit unserem Hund mal schnell Gassi zu gehen oder zu schönen Wanderungen zu starten. Für eine tolle Entspannung nach den Ausflügen (wir waren im Hitzesommer 2022 zu Gast) sorgte die Bauweise der Unterkunft. In der unteren Etage stiegen die Innentemperaturen nicht über 24 Grad bei einer Außentemperatur von nahe 40 Grad! Für die kalten Tage gibt es eine moderne Heizung. Vielen Dank an die Familie Matthes für die schönen Tage.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Zella-Mehlis!

Die Ferienwohnung, genauer gesagt das Ferienhaus, befindet sich absolut ruhig am Waldrand. Es war komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Herbstferien im Thüringer Wald

Ein wirklich schöne, gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr gut, schön ruhig und man kann direkt hinter dem Haus los wandern. Ein Netto und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne Wohnung in eine ruhige Umgebung

Es ist eine schöne, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in eine ruhige und schöne Umgebung. Familie Matthes ist gastfreundlich, reagiert sehr schnell und tut alles um Ihren Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Von hier aus kann mann viele Ausflüge und Wanderungen machen. Wir haben 14 Tage lang einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.
