「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「The location is very good, the terrace is good as close to it are also relatively new and stylish hotel so the view are with rock and stylish terrace of other hotels next to it, the room is decent, the service and breakfast are impeccable. 「我住的是家庭房，在地下，出入方便，亦不會有嘈吵等問題。房間裝飾仿似洞穴，可住四人，十分大，但無窗，燈光較暗，房間設施頗為滿意，但厠所門有很大的罅隙，無私隐，大大的扣分。酒店位置很方便，不需行斜路，但視野當然較差一點。早餐8點至10點，不過不失，绝對可以吃飽，但熱食較少。」
