「This property seems either new or updated. We were on the lower level, with access to the parking lot and our car right from our room (Motel style). It is very close to an intersection, so easy to find, however it does have traffic noise,(ear plugs are provided on the night stand next to the bed). There are blackout blinds on the windows. 「This was your basic cheap motel. Easy walking to a couple bars and restaurants, parking in front of door. Check in was easy and guy was friendly. But this is an older motel with a bit of a shabby run-down feel to it. I'm not fussy; the sheets were clean and toilet flushed, so I was content. However, there were dust bunnies in the corners, and lots of frayed fabric, and worn surfaces. My room (22?) had two rooms and the bedroom didn't have a tv and the chairs were a bit worn in the living room...

「I was traveling with my dog. My room was located on the lakeside of the property which was a nice touch. I was able to walk my dog easily to the lake and enjoy the view. The only issue I had was that my room was surounded by a crew of people that woke me up at 5:30 am with tons of slaming, banging and stomping while they were getting ready for work. This was on a Sunday morning... Other than that... I was pleased with the place. 」

「Although we had an initial booking issue, it was resolved quickly. When we got there the back door was wide open so some leaves had blown in, it was kinda difficult to shut. We actually ended up staying in cabin 2 because of our double booking situation. It was fun going down to the dock and gushing for perch (although a steep walk haha). All the fresh air that came in through the windows from the lake was amazing. The cabins are pretty close to each other so not a whole lot of privacy.」
