Would stay again!

We found this duplex unit very comfortable for our party of six, and loves the location on the edge of a beautiful protected forest perfectfor morning walks with our dog. It is a short drive away from the Heavenly Gondola and casinos. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location close to casinos, restaurants and hiking. Spacious home with private hot tub. Also access to community pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, very comfortable

Perfect location to explore beautiful Lake Tahoe. Lots of space for everyone, nice layout, super fast response to dishwasher issue. Hot tub was a pleasure after all that hiking.

Large house - a ton of stairs

It's a nice house though dated. It was clean. Location decent. Not perfect but not bad. Far enough from highway we didn't hear it. There are a TON of stairs! Everything is on a different level including the house itself. This was tough for my mother-in-law as it was stairs into the house, then stairs either up to the main living level or down to the bedrooms, stairs, stairs, stairs. I like getting my steps in so worked for me but was tough for her. It appeared the whole neighborhood was similar townhouse style buildings with a ton of stairs. Just be aware. Beyond that it really served our needs. We had some issues getting the TVs to work but they had someone come out the next morning to fix it. Oh ya, they need a new can-opener!

Really beautiful property surrounded by pines. Everything was perfect except for the stairs. Way too many if you are not young and fit. If we were 20 years younger, it would have been perfect.

We will be back

Booked this spot for some friends and me for my birthday. We often book Tahoe spots in Feb for my birthday but we all loved this spot. This is one we will return to again for sure. We took advantage of the trail right as you stepped out of the house, the games they provided, the pool table, the hot tub, the fireplace.. plus DOG-friendly!. We loved the open kitchen to living room setup and did lots of cooking as well! Great spot.

Tahoe Christmas vacation

We used this property for a Christmas family gathering and ski vacation. Two bedrooms with their own bath and two more bedrooms with a shared bath made for a comfortable stay. The living room, kitchen, dining room and pooltable were on one level with its own bathroom. That was a great gathering place for us. All in all, this was a memorable week with family.
