Great Place in Zermatt!

Firefly is a wonderful place in a great location with outstanding service. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the extra space versus traditional hotel rooms. The common spaces were fun and inventive, the finishes high end, the breakfast convenient and delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing hotel!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - we rented the suite that has three bedrooms and it was so perfect and well stocked for our group. We had a cozy living room with a fireplace so we could all hang out after a long day of exploring. The views were excellent, great location & walkable to everything. It was very hot in the bedrooms - doesn’t seem like the AC really worked (in any of the places we stayed in Switzerland) so maybe adding fans in the room would be helpful. Had some laundry done and it was outrageously expensive. The other thing only thing I didn’t love was the clear glass shower stall, which offers Little privacy, but besides that it was close to perfect. Bar, hot tub, pool etc all beautiful. Would 10000% recommend and would stay again!

Absolutely loved The Firefly. Staff was very kind and super helpful. The Spa was very clean and had all the good stuff🤗. Great views from our beautiful room and it was quiet. Easy walk to the shops and restaurant and short walk to the glacier express gondola. I can’t say enough about The Firefly. Definitely going back!

Hotel Firefly was one of the most perfect hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in, truly! Upon arrival the front desk walked us around the property showing us the complimentary spa area which we used each day to warm up in the evenings. Our bags were in our room when we arrived and the room even had a small kitchen so we could make a couple meals which was nice since we were almost two weeks into our vacation upon arrival. The breakfast being served in your room was amazing as well to let you feel like you were home. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and well prepared. Will never stay anywhere else in Zermatt when we return!

One of my favorite hotels I stayed at in Switzerland. Hotel is very unique and the staff show great attention towards guest. Awesome pool and hot tub. The hotel has a cozy bar with a variety of drinks and a massive amount of different Gins. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe. Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Perfect stay! Hotel is extremely clean and thoughtful. Spa and pool are luxurious and relaxing! Warming room, aroma therapy steam room, beautiful pool, nice! High end furnishing and bedding. Close distance to lift and views of Matterhorn right outside the door. Bar looks amazing. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

The property is spectacular and one of the best in Zermatt. Facilities are excellent with a great indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The gym is great. It was an excellent bar which is super popular. Most of all, the service is world class. Staff is amazing. Room were very spacious.

Friendly staff greeted us at train station. Loaded all our luggage and even delivered to the room. Fantastic suite. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning! Bartender makes fantastic cocktails! Several deer came to visit every morning! Will definitely stay again💕😀

This property is overrated. What you see in the photographs, when you arrive is not how you think. I regretted it, I think in Zermatt there are better options for a lower price and a more accurate location !!!!
