"Only one issue.
When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00.
When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. Luckily we had planned to leave at 09:00 but can be an issue to some. "

"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

Extremely Disappointing Stay – 0/10 Experience
I stayed at this apartment and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when renting accommodation. From the very beginning, there was no hot water at all — for seven full days. I reported it immediately, multiple times, and was told “it would be fixed soon,” but it never was.
Imagine not being able to take a proper shower for an entire week while still paying full price — completely unacceptable.
