“The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. The apartment was new, very clean, confortable and with full furnitures (washing machine, nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, smart tv, kitchen etc.). All in all, we felt like being home. “NO AC !! The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. “Also war schon in vielen airbnb‘s, aber dieses kostet nicht 39€ pro Nacht sondern 239€ pro Nacht die Kaution wird behalten, dass ganze Zimmer hat nach Gras „Drogen“ gerochen, jetzt wird dies mir unter geschoben die Fernbedienung ist nicht gegangen, wird auch mir zugeworfen, das wlan ist immer wieder abgestürzt keine Handtücher und sehr schmutzige Lage also dieses airbnb empfehle ich aufgarkeinenfall weiter!! Wenn sie dann jemanden erreichen wollen hebt keiner ab, genrell sehr unfreundlich,……
