“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Housekeeping was extremely poor, leaving even the beds unmade. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in providing good service. We practically had to beg the receptionist to finish her phone call just to check out, and she handled it with a terrible attitude. Very disappointing experience. Zhangjiajie is an extraordinary city, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and customer service.”

“Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special. It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park.”
