"Booked this from hotels.com with F&B credit. Asked hotels.com and they said they dont know. Called hotel, hotel (Amber) dont know, said will email hotel. 48 hrs later, no update, messaged hotels.com, it takes Mark forever to give me the info and said hotel will email me and Mark refused to give me the info. Inefficient Hotels.com service centre. Went to hotel and hotel said they never received email from TA. And said how can this info be private, they are open for business and informed the credit and said the T&C would be mentioned on the online TA but none. Coz the credit only can use one time in a single receipt only at the ADD restaurant, which i did not know can only use one time in a single receipt, both parties at fault for not sharing this info! Gym only provided tiny wash cloth which dont make sense. Small gym and packed with guests. Bathroom door cannot be closed. Then to use the voucher I was rejected by the F&B staff at 5pm then went up again to speak to front desk, then was allowed, so much hassle. Then the f&b manager only explained the t&c upon signing the bill. Sigh "
