"This was an OK hotel but it’s the little things that matter. English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again"
"1. Hotel had no air cool as they were in heating mode (can not have both) so the room was very hot and they asked me to open the window which also did not solve the problem as air was hot too.
2. No vegetarian food consideration in fact the staff did not even understand what is vegetarian food in breakfast time and too much struggle to communicate.
The spoons kept in front of dish bowls, breakfast time, were less than the number of bowls so people were mixing the spoons means use same for meat...

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ningbo. There were several restaurants on-site and a breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the special internet access that allowed me to use services like Google, which was super helpful during my trip.
