La propiedad si me gusto, la zona esta muy bien se tiene acceso a la playa, esta muy cerca del centro, el personal de recepcion muy amables, lo unico que no me gusto fue el personal de mantenimiento del Hotel, se les indica el problema del internet y son muy secos en contestar e indicar que todo esta bien se les demuestra que no y solo dicen lo reviso, eso fue desde desde mi llegada el cual no lo pudieron resolver durante mi estancia y donde que estube hospedado 3 noches y 4 dias esa parte muy mal

En general es muy recomendable, su personal me cayó muy bien, son muy profesionales y agradables. Por otra parte me gustaría que haya algún tipo de fumigación ya que en la habitación hay hormiguitas. También deberían de contratar a un salvavidas porque en mi segundo día me tocó ver a un niño que se estaba ahogando en la alberca. Pero estuvo muy bonito. Gracias!

Resort prices for a ran down very old property.

Absolutely nightmare. Restaurant and bar was closed first 3 days of our stay . No ice available on property for drinks . WIFI WAS SPOTY AND WORKED 20 % percent of the time . NO HOT WATER FOR HALF OUR STAY . THE NIGHT CLERK AND SECURITY GUARD BOTH WERE ASLEEP AT NIGHT YOUNG MAN (securiy guard) WAS SLEEPING ON COUCH in lobby with BLANKET LIKE HE WAS Home. PITCH BLACK DARK AT FRONY DESK AND WHOLE FIRST FLOOR, NOT SAFE … Pita the hotel manger acted like she didn’t know about WiFi and hot water problems . Funny how multiple reviews have same complaints. We were offered a fee breakfast for our troubles, we spent double that hot spotting WiFi on on our phones, insulated my intelligence with her sales techniques.trying to get us to rebook. NO THANK YOU

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Irma! 🌅🌴 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Irma, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is charming, with a relaxed atmosphere and stunning views of the ocean. I especially loved the pool area — the perfect spot to unwind while watching the sunset. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and dining with a view of the bay made every meal feel special. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, Hotel Irma is a fantastic base. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was great overall. We were upgraded to a beach view room at no extra charge upon our arrival. The room was clean and had a working ice cold A/C unit to beat the humid heat. The staff were really friendly and greeted us every time they saw us.

En general fue muy placenter la estancia Aunque hay condiciones que se podrían mejorar para mantener un mejor estatus Me hospedé en la habitación 8 Los focos de la misma no tenían protector por lo que molestaba la luz Las cortinas delgadas daba las impresión de que se podía ver de afuera al tener la luz encendida Televisión muy pequeña y oscura la imagen. no le pude regular el brillo porque no daba la opción en el control remoto y los botones de la TV no funcionaban o estaban bloqueados, solo el de encendido se activaba Las parte de abajo de la pared del lado del baño frente a las camas despostillándose por lo que le hace falta una resanada y pintada Durante mi estancia del 18 al 21Jun25 quitaron los camastros y sombrillas debido a la posible entrada del huracán Erick el cual nunca llegó y no las volvieron a poner Sugerencia. debieron ponerlas durante el día que había personal para retirarlas en cuánto se presentara la contingencia y solo retirarlas durante la noche que es cuando podía sorprenderlos inesperadamente Esta no es queja solo una observación de lo que se pudiera mejorar sin tanto esfuerzo ya que vi personal de mantenimiento muy activo realizando labores de remodelación Faltaría continuar el descanso de la alberca sin fin por las orillas para las personas que no sepan nadar poder ir a la caída y observar desde ahí la magnífica vista Esto no lo expresé al salir debido a que iba deprisa para tomar mi vuelo Excelente vista a la bahía Muy recomendable Volveré
