"Karen was responsive, kind, and pleasant. The space was open concept which worked out perfectly to keep an eye on the kids in the playpen while we cooked. The home was clean and spacious, my only note would be if you’re traveling with teens like we were there aren’t many TV’s for them to hook up a gaming system to. There were many games on the premise and a hot tub. So this spaces definitely has its perks. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The sleeping arrangements were great, a lot of beds and the mattresses were comfortable. Communication with Eddie was easy and he was quick to respond. I would stay again."

"Close to the train, but not a problem if you’re used to it. Typically quiet as it comes through. Easy walk to the train station if you’re looking to take it anywhere. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals at the house, and plenty of space for my family to spread out and sleep. Also had multiple games to help pass some time at night. "

"My partner myself and our Boston Terrier Ellie had a great stay! The loft was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for walking distance to restaurants and breweries. The restaurant below was amazing and though a little noisy at times, it was not an issue & we didn’t mind since the host provided several sound machines. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Easy place to stay. Provisions included TP, salt & pepper, nearly anything needed to cook a meal, a fancy toaster oven, and clean linens. The mattress in the first floor bedroom was comfy. I didn’t try the others. :) Owner was easy to contact and very helpful! Great place to stay with our 3 dogs. "

"Property is conveniently located next to shopping and Arts district. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Lake Michigan beaches. Possibly the best equipped rental unit I have been in in a long time. very spacious."
