“Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again &……

The tall bell person standing in front of the hotel was so cheerful in greeting the guests and helpful in unloading the luggage immediately. The overall experience made my stay very pleasant and memorable. ”

“Excellent location a short walk both ways to the victoria falls and the town centre, but very average hotel in all other ways. The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.”
