Leider war die Schlüsselübergabe schief gegangen, aber zum Glück lag er unter dem Abstreicher. Das Haus ist für den Preis schon ein wenig abgerockt, aber okay. Die Küche ist gut erhalten und gut ausgestattet.

wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen im Herbst 2024 im Objekt und können nur sagen, dass wir mit allem rundherum zufrieden waren. Im Haus wurde an alles gedacht, Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung sind klasse. Die Buchung und auch die Abholung des Schlüssels vor Ort haben reibungslos geklappt und auch die Kommunikation mit Besitzer und Verwaltung/Reiseveranstaltung war perfekt. Haus und Reiseveranstalter sind sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir nannten es liebevoll "Unser Zwergen Dorf"

Die Anfahrt auf die Insel war problemlos, die Komonikation mit Herrn Böhlig funktionierte gut. Wir wurden von ihm am AIRPORT erwartet und zum "Haus um die Ecke" gebracht. Kurze, präzise, Schlüssel- und Hausübergabe. Tschüss! Die Lage am Waldrand, sehr gut. Die architekonische Raum- aufteilung ist sinnig und grosszügig gelöst. Der Kamin hat einen guten Zug und ließ sich problemlos reinigen. Elektrik und Elektronik 1A. Wir waren erfreut, das Ferien-Domizil diesmal so gepflegt anzutreffen. Für Freunde der Sportfliegerei ist der Hangar 12 eine Fundstätte noch flugfähiger Oldtimer, der Besuch hat sich gelohnt.. Vermeintlicher Fluglärm vom nahen Airport wird durch den Wald weitgehend absorbiert, innerhalb des Hauses null. Der Besuch der Insel USEDOM mit ihren offenen und ver- steckten Schönheiten hat sich gelohnt, wir sind zufrieden. Renate&Herbert Hoppe
